I agree to the Terms and Conditions of this Vehicle Hire Agreement, including the Vehicle Rate Schedule and Fee Schedule. *

I understand the insurance excess amounts and that certain damage (windscreen, glass, tyres, water, underbody) is not covered by insurance. *

I confirm that I am 25 years or older, hold a valid driver's licence for the vehicle class hired, and that only Authorised Drivers will drive the Vehicle. *

I authorise Plum Oak Pty Ltd to charge my nominated payment method for all amounts owing under this Agreement. *

I consent to the collection and use of my personal information as described in Section 12 (Privacy) of this Agreement. *
